From the beginning, God designed that man the apex of His creation should rule and reign in life as He, God rules and reigns in heaven. So He said to Adam
'Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth and subdue it and have DOMINION'.
That mandate has never changed. God still desires that His children rule and reign on earth..'
